AIRS Trainers are all seasoned recruitment professionals with hand-on experience and cutting-edge
technical skills. Our trainers are full-time AIRS staffers who contribute to research and course
development in addition to teaching public seminars, corporate training events and e-learning classes.

Lisa Brusack comes to AIRS with a strong background in Human Resources, Training
and Development, Recruitment and Operations. She has been in Human Resources
Management on a national level for over 15 years. Her recruiting career began
with Carlson Wagonlit Travel where she implemented and standardized the recruiting
process in their corporate call centers across the United States.
Since joining AIRS, Lisa has delivered over 40 different courses across the
nation in addition to conducting e-learning sessions. She has been a featured
presenter at several regional and national recruiting and staffing organization
events. With an energy and passion for people and learning, Lisa facilitates AIRS
training with both public and private organizations to maximize recruitment
processes and organizational effectiveness.
Lisa is the Corporate Outplacement Program expert where she develops and delivers
training for managers administering transitions and is a career counselor for
employees who are transitioning.
Lisa currently resides in St. Charles, Missouri and holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University. |

Gary Conaway comes to AIRS with a strong background in talent acquisition and Internet search. Gary got his start in recruiting as a researcher at a suburban Chicago recruiting firm. In addition to sourcing, Gary was charged with staying "ahead of the curve" in terms of technical resources. A majority of the positions that Gary was responsible for placing were in the Human Resources arena, but he was responsible for a wide variety of IT positions as well. It was during this time that he quickly rose to the rank of recruiter and realized he had a true passion for creative sourcing methods. Prior to his recruiting and research career, Gary spent five years in management and training within the transportation industry. Gary has a true motivation to work hand-in-hand with others in a capacity that allows him to share his knowledge and help others. Gary has a keen interest in anything related to talent acquisition or performance management, and is constantly researching cutting edge technology and networking tools. Gary was born and raised in the City of Chicago. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago, and has played competitive hockey for 20 years. |

Kristin Lyon came to AIRS with a representative cross-section of Generation X experience. Kristin has over a decade of internet search knowledge spanning across several industries, to include biochemical engineering, genetics, accounting, finance, law, human resources, operations, real estate, IT, and telecommunications. She jumpstarted her recruiting career by taking 30+ AIRS courses, which empowered her to excel as a corporate, third party, agency and independent/contract sourcer/recruiter.
At her core, Kristin is a results driven search professional. Her AIRS education taught her strategies to locate and attract top-notch professionals, ensuring that her clients hired and retained the best in the market. Kristin feels so strongly about the value of AIRS to other HR professionals that today she delivers the courses online and nationwide as a National Trainer for AIRS.
Kristin currently resides in Denver, Colorado. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College in Biochemistry. Kristin began her post-collegiate career as a research lab technician focused on a PhD and ultimately found her professional bliss in training HR professionals. Kristin is excited to connect with you in one of her upcoming classes. |

Laura Stoker began her recruiting career as a researcher for executive search firms working on international and domestic projects. She has also worked as a Recruiter for J.D. Edwards in Denver, Colorado and as a Technical Recruiter for EMDS in Brussels, Belgium. She has been using AIRS techniques since she attended one of our first training classes in 1997 and now enjoys teaching the same knowledge to a new generation of Internet Recruiters.
Laura joined AIRS in August 2000, and is our international search expert and course developer. Since joining AIRS, she has trained numerous attendees and corporate clients from many different industries. She has also presented AIRS courses to attendees in a number of countries, including the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Asia. She spent a year studying at the University of Tubingen in Germany and received her degree from the University of Southern Colorado. |
