Elite Certified Recruitment Expert (ECRE)
Now more than ever, it is important to set yourself apart from your competition and to establish yourself as an expert in the recruiting field with cutting-edge skills. The Elite Certified Recruitment Expert is the only certification in the industry that evaluates your expertise in all of these areas of recruiting; general recruiting, social networking, diversity, basic and advanced internet recruiting.
Prior Certifications Required: You must have successfully passed 4 of the 5 AIRS Certification exams.
Cost: $395
Exam Description: 50 multiple choice and 3 bluebook questions
All encompassing exam will challenge your knowledge of internet sourcing, diversity, social sourcing and general recruiting.
Length of Certification: Valid for 2 years

Keeping Your AIRS Certifications Current
All AIRS certifications are valid for 2 years from the date you first pass your exam. To retain the AIRS designations after this initial period, you must pass a re-certification exam that reflects the latest tactics and strategies reflected in AIRS training.

You are under no obligation to take either course again. The price for a single ticket to the CIR, CDR, CSSR, PRC, or ACIR re-certification exam is $99. This fee includes a key concepts outline of the subjects that will be covered in the exam, is non-refundable, and only allows the ticket holder a single attempt at passing the exam.

AIRS alumni, may attend SearchLab, Certified Diversity Recruiter, Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter or Advanced Lab workshops at a reduced rate to refresh your skills. Should you elect to re-take the course, there will be no additional charge for the certification exam, and you may take the exam until you pass. There is a four-week waiting period to re-take the exam after two unsuccessful attempts.
